In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mcws", "we", "us", "our" refers to the mcws platform, accessible at https://mcws.app, and the entity that operates it.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the mcws platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a player on the mcws platform for the purpose of accessing games, placing bets, and conducting financial transactions.
• "Platform" means the mcws website, progressive web application (PWA), any associated mobile interface, and all related services operated by mcws.
• "Balance" means the total funds credited to a player's account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held separately.

To register and use the mcws platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any other party.

mcws performs mandatory age and identity verification during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds deposited to an underage account will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings will be forfeited in full.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the mcws platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. mcws is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. Any breach of this obligation will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

mcws reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its reasonable discretion, including where mcws suspects a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may bring the platform into disrepute.

mcws is committed to maintaining a secure and fraud-free environment for all players. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making their first withdrawal. mcws may also request KYC documents at any time as part of ongoing due diligence.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport (photo page)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by mcws may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure. mcws handles all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and documents are used solely for verification purposes.

All deposits on the mcws platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. mcws does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges, for which mcws is not responsible.

Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted. mcws processes deposits on a best-effort basis and aims to credit all bKash and Nagad deposits within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt. Processing times for bank transfers may vary and are subject to the operating hours of the respective financial institution. mcws is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking infrastructure outside its control.

Withdrawals from your mcws account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit wherever operationally possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; only the net winnings derived from successfully wagered bonus funds are withdrawable, subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full.

mcws reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence where unusual activity is identified on the account. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with guidance on the steps required to release the withdrawal.

mcws's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mcws's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your mcws account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

mcws reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.

In the event of account termination for cause, mcws reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no fraud or breach is established following investigation, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the mcws platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 15.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mcws platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. mcws does not make any specific claim to regulatory approval from any Bangladesh government body; players should satisfy themselves as to the legal status of online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering.
